Online purchases can be returned for free (excl. shipping cost) online or in our atelier within 30 days. 

RETURN YOUR ORDER

Upon receipt of your item(s), and subject to inspection by our Quality Service, we will proceed with the return. Refunds can take up to 30 days to be processed.

EXCEPTIONS

• • No exchanges and returns for personalized items: engraved products, Made-to-Order items.
• • No exchanges and returns for swimwear for hygienic reasons
• • Mask covers cannot be returned or exchanged for sanitary reasons

PLEASE NOTE

• • Free exchanges & returns within 30 days
• • Items in perfect & sellable condition (unworn, no make-up stains and nor perfume smell)
• • Original packaging should be returned with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets, or boxes
• • Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment, except for cash on delivery (refunded by Bank Transfer)

As all our products are unique and mostly made from natural recources like sude leather or natural linen, color, texture and minor design variances can apply.
